How it works

Four steps, and the first one is buying stamps.

SMS is still the most-read message you can send. Here's the whole workflow, start to finish.

  1. 01

Open an account and buy credits

Register, then choose a pack. Your credits appear on the console straight away. Nothing is billed monthly and there's no setup fee.

  2. 02

    Bring your numbers in

Add contacts one at a time or upload a CSV. Put them in groups — by branch, by campaign, by customer type — so the right people get the right message.

  3. 03

    Write and send

Pick the group, write the text, and watch the character counter. Merge tags drop in first names so it doesn't read like a mailshot.

  4. 04

    Answer the replies

Every reply lands in the shared inbox, threaded by number. Reply from there and the conversation continues on their phone.

Credits, plainly

1 credit = 1 text of up to 160 characters to 1 UK mobile. A 300-character message is two credits per person, stitched back together on their phone.

Getting there

Texts are handed to the UK mobile networks immediately. Most arrive in seconds; a congested network can add a minute or two. Delivery reports update as they land.

Staying compliant

Only text people who expect to hear from you, and include an easy way out. Replies of STOP are honoured automatically, and that number is skipped next time.

Start with 500 texts for £50.

No contract. Cancel by not buying more.
