Buy a pack, and the credits sit on your account until you send. One credit is one standard text of up to 160 characters to one UK mobile. Prices exclude VAT.
The bigger the pack, the lower the per-text rate. Every pack includes delivery reports, the shared reply inbox, and unlimited contact storage.
Add-ons
Two-way numbers and keywords.
Optional monthly extras. Cancel whenever you like — they're billed separately from your credit packs.
Add-ons are available on request — get in touch and we'll set one up.
Shared opt-out handling
Included free. Customers can always reply STOP, and that number is removed from future sends automatically.
How credits work
One credit, one text
A standard UK text of up to 160 characters costs one credit. Longer messages are joined back together on the phone and use a credit for each 160-character part.
International
Texting outside the UK
Most international networks use two credits per message part. Some countries require brand registration before we can text there — we'll tell you before you buy.
Trying us out
Test before you spend
Ask us for a small trial balance to send yourself a few texts first. Trial credits are time-limited, so use them within 30 days.
